Few days ago, I found this post about: NHibernate and the Unit of Work Pattern. It is very interesting although I disagree with the designer's opinion to have only one current active unit of work. I liked his step-by-step explanation of his design decisions and implementation.
I have my own implementation of Unit of Work Pattern. After reading that post I decided to arrange for sharing this implementation with others. This is my first time to share my source code with community. So, I'm confused a little. I want to start this as an open source project. But, I'm not sure yet where to host it: at SourceForge or Google Code ?!
It is a chance to express how much I appreciate SourceForge and their role in open source community. Simply, most of my favorite tools are projects hosted or started there.
I found this nice site. I classify it as a guideline or a set of headlines for how to manage recruiting new staff. It doesn't include a huge content but I appreciated the essence of experience I found there.
I found new nice ideas, for me. Like, Employee Handbook, Employee Scorecard, Internal Company Newsletter and Exit Interview. Also, there is a short account about how to write a CV.
There is also a directory of Egyptian IT Companies.
I found, by chance, this great resource. It's the first time to find such detailed information about software development stakeholders, practices, and definitions.
I think I must find time to to read daily from this resource.
